Lloyd Goss

Lloyd Goss arrived at JAARS in September 2004. Since May 2005, Lloyd has been working as an IT project manager, mainly coordinating the development of several of Wycliffe's internal enterprise-wide web applications. Prior to Wycliffe, Lloyd worked as a firmware engineer, then a software developer in a California startup called Quest Development (which later became Veritas Software). After becoming a senior programmer and development manager, he then became a software development project manager.

Lloyd has five children, one of whom has a degree in computer science. She and her husband are software developers in Philadelphia. A son, now married, attended Taylor University and received a degree in digital media and is a web designer in Louisville. Lloyds two youngest daughters are in college; one is studying nursing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and the other, biblical languages at Columbia International University. Lloyds wife, Pamela, is a volunteer coordinator for JAARS human resources. She also is involved in the JAARS visitor-hospitality ministry.

Lloyd and Pamela's interest in missions was piqued after they adopted a 10-year-old Russian boy who is now a security guard in San Diego, California. God used a hurricane to direct the Goss family to JAARSyou'll have to ask Lloyd about that.
